A former Franklin County Municipal Court employee has filed a federal lawsuit that accuses Judge Jim O'Grady of making sexually explicit comments in her presence and creating a hostile work environment after learning that she had spoken about the incident. The lawsuit also says that O'Grady and other city employees, including Judges James E. Green and Carrie E. Glaeden, took retaliatory actions in response to her concerns.
